Can you use a report card as a VOE?
Call your local DPS and ask if they will accept a report card showing that you have 90% attendance for the previous semester AND that you have received credits for all classes taken. We’ve talked to DPS headquarters and they have given that as an option. However, this is up to your local DPS if they will accept it.
How long does a VOE last?
The VOE Forms issued during the school year (traditional, year round, etc.) expire 30 days from issuance. The VOE Forms issued the last 5 days of the school year expire the first day of the following school year.

If students need to get a Verification of Enrollment (VOE) document during this time, they may do so online. Students under 18 years of age who are applying for a drivers permit/license or change to either document will require a VOE by the Department of Motor Vehicles.

This information is compared to both the loan application and the income documentation, such as W2’s to ensure the information is correct.

Fast Track designation must be requested by the drug company.
What is the de-964 certificate?
DE-964 driver education certificate is issued by course providers approved by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation after a student completes the parent taught drivers education course. This makes it easy for the student to print the certificate to bring to their local DPS office.
