Can Telstra refund prepaid credit?

If you have overpaid your account you can request a refund by calling Telstra on 132200 (8am-5pm). There is a specialist team who can organise this for you. You can also leave any overpaid amount as a credit to offset the next bill. Unfortunately there is no online/self service way to request the refund.
