Passengers wishing to request a refund instead of a FCC can do so on Celebrity’s website through December 31, 2021. Passengers on those canceled voyages are also able to receive a 100 percent refund or 125 percent FCC for any shore excursions or drink, dining or internet packages purchased through the cruise line.

Does Ponant include drinks?

Does Ponant include shore excursions?
Shore excursions are not included in the fare of a Le Lyrial sailing with Ponant. Depending on the port you’ll usually have a choice of three to four excursions, though some have only one option. Many of the options are active, including biking, kayaking and hiking, but you’ll also find traditional city tours.
Can I lift and shift my cruise?
The Lift & Shift program allows guests to move their booking to the following year and protect the original rate and promotion on a qualified sailing on or before April 30, 2022. The program is coming to an end, and if guests want to take advantage of this option, they have until the end of January 2021.
