Every instasmile comes with a 30 day manufacturer’s warranty, which covers any fault that may be deemed a manufacturing error. If you are unhappy with the product when you receive it, please alert us within 30 days, by sending a video and/or picture of your instasmile which clearly identifies the defect.
How long do Instasmile veneers last?
Instasmile Platinum is designed to last the longest and comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. The high-grade material is stain-resistant and durable, even with everyday use.
Does Instasmile give refunds?
If we can not remake the product to fit the dental profile correctly, we may offer a partial refund up to a maximum of 75% of the total order value. If you are unhappy with a product due to an expectation issue, we may remake the product free of charge at our discretion once, however a refund will not be offered.

If you have not opened the impression kit, you can send it back (tracked and signed service) at your own cost in full sellable condition for a full refund. This must be received by us within 28 days from the date your order was placed.

Your instasmile is made from durable dental-grade material and is designed to last as needed. Of course, how you care for your instasmile will contribute to its longevity. For example, if you use them daily and eat and drink in them frequently, they will wear more than if you only use them for special occasions.

Can you kiss with snap-on veneers?
The saliva between the tooth and appliance causes a suction affect! They will NOT fall out when kissing/ ski diving/ drinking etc. PLEASE NOTE; If you a lot of tooth loss, the veneers will sit over the void and hide your tooth loss but you may need to add some polygrip to this area.
